| HRP-Stabilizer |
The HRP-StabilPLUS™ gives superior stabilization of HRP-conjugated proteins in dilution. The stabilization covers low as well as high protein dilutions.
The HRP-StabilPLUS™ allows the manufacturer of diagnostic assays to provide pre-diluted ready-to-use enzyme conjugates.
This improves day-to-day variation by eliminating the chance of errors in dissolving or diluting concentrated conjugates.
The Stabilizer does not contain azide, mercury or other toxic components. Further the HRP-StabilPLUS™ has no content of BSA. Please note, that the stabilization buffer cannot be used for dilution of antibodies directed against rabbit immunoglobulins.

| AP-StabilPLUS |
The AP-StabilPLUS™ is a BSA-free, cost-effective and robust Stabilizer giving superior stabilization of AP-conjugated proteins in low as well as high protein dilutions. AP-StabilPlus™ has a weak white appearance and is based on a mild acid Tris buffer containing proprietary stabilizing components. AP-StabilPLUS™ does not contain BSA or other material from bovine serum nor azide, mercury or other toxic components. Our products are manufactured under a stringent process control with complete traceability bach to the use of the raw materials. Our procedures secure lot-to-lot consistency of the products and on-time delivery to our customers.

| Antibody Enhancer |
The Antibody Enhancer™ is used in immunoassays for dilution of concentrated antibodies (Ab) and Ab conjugates. The buffer is recommeded for assays where a high signal-to-noise output is desired.
The Antibody Enhancer™ amplifies the specific antibody activity with 50-100 % without increasing the unspecific binding. Alternatively you can reduce production cost by further dilution of your conjugate still obtaining the same signal.
The buffer contains neither BSA nor any toxic components.

| Sample Tracer |
The Sample Tracer™ is a 100% synthetic diluent without any proteins or other organic components. The buffer is used for dilution of human or veterinary serum or plasma samples, and the buffer efficiently minimizes cross-reactions, background and unspecific binding without inhibiting the specific binding.
The Sample Tracer™ appears red, and when serum or plasma is added the Sample Tracer™ change colour to yellow. The buffer can detect serum or plasma in dilutions up to 1:100, and our Sample Tracer™ technology is therefore an efficient and secure method to avoid false positive or negative results due to pipetting errors. The product can avoid false results in automated as well as manually performed assays.
If the advantages with minimum cross-reactions, background and unspecific binding are desired, but without serum detection, we offer a clear version of the Sample Tracer™ without colour shift by sample addition. This product we call the The Sample Plus™.

| Synthetic Blocking Buffers for ELISA and Blotting |
The Synthetic Blocking Buffers The protein-free Blocking Buffers are ready-to-use solutions intended for blocking of the remaining free binding sites after microplate/membrane coating. The blocking is highly effective and stable.
Our Synthetic Blocking Buffer™ eliminates the risk of false positive cross reactions in the assay. Current safety hazards related to the use of bovine material, for instance BSA are avoided.

| Blocking and Protection Buffer - WellChampion |
The WellChampion™ is a plate surface blocking and stabilization buffer.
The biological activity of proteins and other biomolecules coated and dried on microwell surfaces is preserved and protected, and degradation, denaturation and leaching are avoided.
You coat the microwell plate with the biomolecule as usual. Hereafter the plate is washed, the surface soaks with WellChampion™ for blocking and protection, the plate is emptied and dried and the ELISA plate is blocked and long term stable.
The WellChampion™ contains no toxic components and is biological inactive.
