Horseradish Peroxidase
The HRP is purified by repeated affinity chromatography of root extracts from horseradish. The result is an enzyme of high specific activity. Our horseradish peroxidase is purified in large scale by the use of benzhydroxamic acid agarose giving a product of high purity and specific activity. The product consists mainly of the basic isoenzymes and are supplied as lyophilized powder. Activity: >250 U/mg (25°C, Guaiacol as hydrogen donor) . Horseradish Peroxidase
