| The Antibody Enhancer is used in immunoassays for dilution of concentrated antibodies (Ab) and antibody conjugates. The buffer is especially recommended where a high signal to noise output is desired. The Antibody Enhancer™ amplifies the
specific antibody activity with 40-60 %
without increasing the unspecific binding.
Alternatively you can reduce production
cost by further dilution of your conjugate
still obtaining the same signal.
In some applications excellent results are
seen using the Antibody Enhancer as an
antigen or serum diluent. |
