Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics offers
to develop monoclonal
antibodies, mono-specific
polyclonal or multi-specific
polyclonal antibodies based on
the above described antigen
technologies. The antibodies
can be supplied in serum/supernatant format or as
purified antibodies.
The antibodies are validated
based upon reactivity with
native antigens, are tested for
reactivity in paraffin embedded
sectioned tissue samples and
for reactivity in ELISA and
Immunoblotting.
Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics has
access to controlled and
approved animal stables.
We have all facilities and
knowledge for hybridoma
development and production.
Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics has
developed own proprietary
immunization technologies and
we are able to generate immune
responses which are superior
compared with conventional
methods. Kem-En-Tec
Diagnostics has developed
carrier systems for synthetic
antigens which further improve
immune responses.
