Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics A/S a company incorporated in Denmark having its registered office at Kuldyssen 10, 2630 Taastrup provides its service under the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service Agreement ("TOS") together with any additional operating rules and policies published by Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics A/S.
"User" is defined as any customer who acts as a buyer on our website.

| User Identification |
Any and all information provided by Users on the Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics A/S merchandise form shall be true and accurate. Users agree not to impersonate any person or entity or use a name or alias that they are not authorised to use. If any information is proven to be false or misleading, Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics A/S reserves the right to cancel the Murchandis. Users shall update information as needed.

| Cancellation |
Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics A/S reserves the right to cancel any merchandise after 15 days of its initiation if it has not been acknowledged by Buyer.
