|Insurance Claim Guidelines|
|A. Examine the goods immediately on delivery for any loss or damage. In the event of apparent damage or shortage fill in the Insurance Claim Note starting the nature and cause of loss or damage.
B. If shipment is made under the conditions ex. works meaning that "The buyer bears all costs and risks involved in taking the goods from the seller's premises to the desired destination", the reservation is to be followed up by a written claim to Carriers, Hauliers or other Parties.
C. If the conditions were CIP every damage, loss or shortage claim is send to Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics A/S by immediate notice. If the loss or damage was not immediate apparent on receipt, the claim must be send to Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics within a respite of 14 days.
D. In order for Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics A/S to be able to handle the insurance claim and handle the possible replacement claim, please include the notice the following details:
1) Invoice No.
2) Carriers Tracking No.
3) Description (include volume, delay, damage, storage etc)
