| Liquid Substrates |
| pNPP Substrate, liquid, mono-component for ELISA |
| The pNPP substrate (p-NitroPhenyl Phosphate) is a highly active and stable ELISA substrate formulation utilized for measuring of AP probe activity. It is a solvent free solution stable for 2 years at 4 oC. Our production processes secure very low batch to batch variation. |

| BCIP Substrate, liquid, Mono-component for Blotting |
| BCIP is the most commonly used substrate for AP based membrane tests. Our BCIP substrate is an aqueous buffered solution containing NBT (NitroBlue Tetrazolium) and BCIP (Bromo-Chloro-Indolyl Phosphate) forming blue/purple precipitate at the positive sites. The intense coloured precipitate is very stable also resisting fading when exposed to light.
A long time stability study proves at least 3 years stability life time at 4 oC.

| TMB Substrates, liquid, mono-component for ELISA |
Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics offers Liquid TMB Substrates (3,3´, 5, 5´- tetramethyl-benzidine) both for ELISA and for Blotting assays.

| TMB Substrate |
The TMB ONE substrate is a robust ELISA substrate for HRP-based assays offering a stability of 4 years at 4 oC.
The TMB PLUS substrate offers approximately 40% higher signal than the TMB ONE and is therefore used where increased sensitivity is desired.
The Prestained TMB ONE has the exact same performance as valid for the standard TMB ONE except that the colour coding minimizes the risk of vial exchange.
The Prestained TMB PLUS has the same activity as the TMB PLUS and offers as the prestained TMB ONE the option of traceable pipetting which minimizes errors and offers high level of convenience for the user.
The TMB X-tra is a NEW TMB version following our successful TMB products, the TMB ONE and the TMB PLUS. The TMB X-tra offer the highest sensitivity and is very robust product.
The TMB X-tra Prestained is a colour coded version of the TMB X-tra. The red due disappears after addition of acid and is a unique traceable system for piptetting.

| TMB Substrate for Blotting |
| The TMB Blotting and the TMB Blotting PLUS are robust reagents as the ones for ELISA, however precipitating components give excellent membrane staining.
The distinctive substrate, the TMB-D Blotting is a product having superior background characteristics.
