Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics A/S has specialized in being a supplier of superior components used in immunoassays such as ELISA, Blotting and tissue staining. The products are mainly for enzyme based assays having Alkaline Phosphatase or Horseradish Peroxidase as the enzyme marker. All our Liquid Substrates are aqueous based and non toxic, making them up-to-date with the safety regulations worldwide. The main substrates are TMB, pNPP, BCIP, OPD & DAB for ELISA, Blotting & IHC procedures offering superior performance and a long lasting stability proven by real time studies. All stabilizers and buffers are without content of BSA.

Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics offers a series of different Liquid TMB Substrates (3,3´, 5, 5´- tetramethyl-benzidine) both for ELISA and for Blotting assays with a stability life time of up to 4 years.

The pNPP substrates are highly active and stable ELISA substrate formulations utilized for measuring of AP probe activity. The products are solvent free solutions with very low batch to batch variation. The latest product is the pNPP ONE offering a stability life time of 3 years at 2-8 ^oC.

The intense coloured precipitate from our BCIP formulation is very stable also resisting fading when exposed to light. A long time stability study proves at least 4 years stability life time at 2-8 ^oC.

Without aspiration and washing, the WellChampion is added directly into the coating buffer after proper incubation time of the biomolecule. This improved procedure dramatically speeds up the manufacturing process of pre-coated plates at the same time improving sensitivity and CV%.

Stabilizers for HRP as well as for AP labelled antibodies offers superior stability is low as well as in high antibody dilutions.

Protein-StabilPLUS stabilizes antibodies and other proteins/biomolecules in solution.

Sample dilution buffers for dilution of analytes/specimens/detecting antibody in immunoassays such as ELISA, EIA, RIA, Protein Arrays, Western Blotting & Immuno-PCR. The products are to overcome false positive and false negative results due to interfering components.

The Synthetic Blocking Buffers are available for ELISA and Blotting assays intended for blocking of remaining free sites after microplate/ membrane coating.
