TMB Substrates

Kem-En-Tec Diagnostics offers Liquid TMB Substrates (3,3´, 5, 5´- tetramethyl-benzidine) both for ELISA and for Blotting assays.

The TMB ONE substrate is a robust ELISA substrate for HRP-based assays offering a stability of 4 years at 4 ^oC.
The TMB PLUS2 substrate offers approximately 40% higher signal than the TMB ONE and are therefore used where increased sensitivity is desired. The TMB PLUS2 is an optimized version of the TMB PLUS offering 4 years stability life time.
The Prestained TMB ONE has the exact same performance as valid for the standard TMB ONE except that the colour coding minimizes the risk of vial exchange.
The Prestained TMB PLUS2 has the same activity as the TMB PLUS2 and offers as the prestained TMB ONE the option of traceable pipetting which minimizes errors and offers high level of convenience for the user.
The TMB X-tra is a TMB version following our successful TMB products, the TMB ONE and the TMB PLUS2. The TMB X-tra offers approximately 60% higher OD values compared to the sensitivity from our TMB ONE. The product is covered by 4 years stability life time.
The TMB X-tra Prestained is a colour coded version of the TMB X-tra. The red due disappears after addition of acid and is a unique traceable system for piptetting.
The TMB SENS is the latest TMB substrate released from our R&D team. The sensitivity of this TMB product is superior in todays marketplace. When comparing the TMB SENS with TMB ONE the OD-values more than double. The product is covered by 2 1/2 years stability life time.
The TMB SENS Prestained is a colour coded version of the TMB SENS with the same high sensitivity performance.
